Dr Sbeit founded the North Texas Leadership Development Academy to provide exceptional Consulting, Training, Research & Development in the areas of Cyber Security, Process & Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Strategy & Change Execution, Program & Project Management for Fortune 500, Government and Non-Government Organizations. As of now his accomplishments are:

¨ Trained & certified over 20 in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Leading SAFe with 100% pass rate.
¨ Trained & certified over 10 in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum Master (SSM) with 100% pass rate.
In his previous roles at Verizon, Dr Sbeit led a 4000+ Network Systems organization’s OSS / BSS Transformation Office into a new operating model using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) resulting in a 10% increase in throughput. He also Managed Network Systems contracts for 60+ Vendors with overall Capital Spend Budget exceeding $150M and saved more than $25M in Contracts renewals. Instituted a Balanced Scorecard to measure the quality of IT Team that resulted in a 40% reduction of defects and delivering an annualized benefit exceeding $8M. Trained hundreds in a Lean Six Sigma Process Excellence & Design and Innovation with the emphasis on MVP concepts & Agile Mindset and coached 12 Green Belt projects delivering an annualized benefit exceeding $5M. Led the delivery of the Frontier releases for 500 + applications with overall SLA Budget exceeding $90M while managing a globally diverse team of 45 members. Led a Design Connected Workplace product that focuses on latest innovative solutions with benefits exceeding $200M in 5 years.
Dr. Sbeit earned a Doctoral in Engineering Management and MS in Software Engineering from Southern Methodist University (SMU). He has lectured on engineering management and cybersecurity courses at UNT, UTD, UC and UMUC. Dr. Sbeit is an author of ~Telecom Mergers Economical and Technological Effects, Verizon As Case Study and several papers published in International Technical conferences.
Raed is a member of several professional organizations, including as the Industry Advisory Board of Robert Morris University, Harvard Business Review, and other local Private STEM schools. Raed has also served on the boards of the City of Irving Green Advisory Board and Irving Police Advisory Board.
